Functional Area:

- Operations: Warehouse & Transportation

- Commercial: Business Development, Key Account Management, Solution Design

- Supporting functions: Operations Excellence

Selection Process and Timeline:

- Application: effective from TODAY until June 30, 2025

- Online Assessment: July 2025

- Initial Interview with HR and Operations: July 2025

- Panel Interview with BODs: August 2025

- Meeting with Managing Director: September 2025

- Results notification: September 2025

- On-boarding: October 2025 (Tentative)

- Bachelor’s degree with less than 02 years of working experience

- GPA 7.0/10 or equivalent

- Passion or career orientation in supply chain/logistics industry

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Being proactive with ownership to go beyond expectation

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality

- Teamwork spirit, having and creating trust

- Planning and organization skills, focusing on clear priorities

- Learning agility and a "can-do" attitude

- Positive mindset towards uncertainty, challenges, and change.

- Advanced English
