Mô tả công việc
You will have a chance to learn about:
- Receive documents from overseas: HBL, MBL, vessel schedule, invoice and packing list.
- Send documents to customers for recheck and get confirmation
- Revise agent to revise information if has any wrong info.
- Follow up shipment and update status to customers.
- Submit manifest
- Receive AN and Debit Note from Carrier, check and create payment request
- Create Arrival Notice Debit note to send to customer.
- Follow the shipment from beginning to end of the process
- Update shipment status to relevant parties.
- Book trucking to pick up cargo/ container.
Yêu cầu
Required years of professional experience:
- Can work full time
- Final year student with major in Import-Export Operation/ Logistics
- Able to converse in both spoken and written English
