Employer Branding Intern

Internal Communication (Employee Satisfaction):

Support to implement campaign to enhance employee satisfaction

- Communication:

+ Create content in good format (text, photography, poster, video…) to deliver company messages to employees

+ Support to manage internal communication channels

- Event: Coordinate with team and other departments to implement internal events and activities

External Communication (Recruitment Marketing):

- Support to manage TMA external communication channel (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram…) to identify and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), drive candidate attraction and engagement

- Support to manage TMA relationship with universities through events, sponsorships…

- Major in public relations, journalism, communication or marketing

- Dynamic and pro-active

- Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm

- Good communication (written and verbal in Vietnamese, English is a plus)

- Have knowledge about design tools is a plus
