Mô tả công việc

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receptionist:

- Manage the reception desk and welcome, guide customers/partners/suppliers visiting the company.

- Answer phone calls, receive incoming calls, and connect them to the appropriate departments.

- Receive, circulate, and monitor letters, documents, and parcels.

- Prepare meeting rooms (including cleaning, equipment, and water).

2. Administration:

- Monitor and record the usage of office supplies and order necessary items for the office.

- Work with suppliers on issues such as costs, payments, and documentation,...

- Print, scan, and photocopy documents.

- Supervise and ensure cleanliness in the company, making sure the reception area is always tidy.

- Coordinate with HR to prepare for internal events.

- Other tasks as required by superiors.

Yêu cầu

- Final year student/flexible time.

- Good communication and smart behavior.

- Able to organize, store, and manage documents scientifically.

- Able to communicate and read English.

- Able to work independently and in teams.

- Honesty, optimism, meticulousness and responsible attitude towards work.

- Work from Monday to Friday, at least 4 days per week.
