1-Year Program​: A 12-month accelerated program that equips fresh graduates and early-career professionals with the skills, mentorship, and real business experience needed to fast-track your careers.

2-Year Program​: A 24-month structured journey that lets fresh graduates and early-career professionals explore multiple engineering or operations functions before specializing in the career path that best fits your strengths.

Timeline:

- Aug - Sep 2026: Application & CV Screening: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an online interview.

- Sep - Oct 2026: Online Test​: Successful candidates will receive Offer Letter.

- Oct 2026: Assessment Day: The program will take place in TTI Vietnam from June to August​.

- Oct - Nov 2026: Final Interview: Candidates will have a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager.

- Nov 2026: Offer Confirmation & Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive an offer letter and complete onboarding preparation

- Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.​

- Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification).​

- Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 or 7/10.​

- Demonstrated analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities.​

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to pressure and change.​

- A proactive mindset with creativity in problem-solving.​
