-  Handle orders, pack products, and ensure on-time delivery according to guidelines.

-  Monitor shipping status and coordinate with delivery partners to resolve issues.

-  Manage and update inventory data on the system.

-  Provide online customer support and resolve issues related to online purchases.

-  Support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

-  Third or final-year student majoring in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or other relevant Economics-related fields.

-  Proactive, energetic, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.

-  Interested in learning and practicing Fulfillment processes.

-  Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months.

-  Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

-  Priority will be given to candidates with good English skills.
