Talent Acquisition Officer

-  Execute recruitment activities as per the recruitment plan according to approved headcount and recruitment requests from Collection Dept;

-  Search, screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews and tests;

-  Carry out recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements on the website, participating in job fairs, making relationships and connecting to universities/ colleges, in order to build up employer branding and varied candidate pool;

-  Carry out HR related tasks: probationary/renewal evaluation, transfer/promotion, resignation;

-  Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports;

-  Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.

-  At least 1 years of working experience in Mass Recruitment;

-  Candidate with recruitment experience in Sales/ Service/ Finance/ Banking/ Retails is a plus;

-  Good office computer skills, common English;

-  Clear and effective communication and presentation skills;

-  Good networking & interpersonal skills.

-  Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible environment;

-  High sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
