Mô tả công việc
- Receiving all shipment information from Booking team, then updating and recording all data into internal operating system.
- Tracking shipment status daily, then updating all data into internal system.
- Supporting Documentation team to prepare HBL and submit SI/VGM to carrier.
- Checking all required documentation timeline as per customer SOP.
- Other tasks will be assigned by leader.
Yêu cầu
- Good English skill is required
- Can work full-time for 6 months.
- Students of Universities or Colleges, related disciplines.
- Knowledge of Logistics, Import-Export and Sea good.
- Basic office computer skills.
- Careful, agile, dynamic and hard-working
- Outgoing and open to learn.
