Sales Administrative Assistant Intern

- Check messages from customers via email, hotline, and social media…and support to handle related issues

- Assist in working with sales team/ CS team to check customers' information

-  Make the call to the old customers and support them if needed

 - Other requirements assigned by the direct supervisor.

Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from economics, business administration, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related fields

- Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities

- Excellent communication skills, customer orientation mindset

- Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset

- Understanding and using office information technology: work, excel... proficiently is an advantage

- Be able to work at least 32 hours per week/ work full-time
