Available Slots & Detailed Description

1. Automation Engineering Intern – Maintenance Dept – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Execute and upgrade current automation programs at the plant.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers from Technical Universities with majors in Automation.

2. Research & Development Intern – Tender Benchmarking – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Conduct comparative studies to support tenders from Aldi, Lidl, REWE and help reduce backlogs.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers from Food Technology or relevant fields.

3. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Intern – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Learn and mitigate safety risks at the plant, maintain bilingual risk assessment files, and support the HSE team.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with knowledge related to Safety.

4. Quality & Food Safety – Documentation Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Coordinate with other Departments to build QFS documents/ requirements like HACCP plans, process flow charts, and quality controls.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Food Science/Technology, Biology & Microbiology, or Chemical Technology.

5. Quality Assurance Intern – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Update, input, and verify quality information and GMP observations in control files.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with a Food background.

6. Production Intern – Color Sorting Efficiency – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Operate AMD color sorter to meet specifications, improve efficiency, and troubleshoot issues.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Food Technology, or related background.

7. Production Intern – Process Standardization – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Develop SOPs, SSOPs, and maintenance procedures for sorting processes, and reduce waste.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Food Technology, or related background.

8. Product Innovation Intern – Research, Development and Innovation – Long An

- Design processes and conduct lab or pilot scale experiments to develop new products.

- Requirements: Freshers in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields from Technical Universities.

9. Process Innovation Intern - Research, Development and Innovation - Long An

- Identify bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and recommend solutions.

- Requirements: Freshers in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant fields from Technical Universities.

10. Data Analysis Intern – Quality & Food Safety – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Perform data analysis and create standard reports using Power BI or other programs.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with good data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, VBA…).

11. Digital Intern – SAP Fiori & Power BI – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Support the implementation of Fiori and create Power BI reports.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with SAP/Fiori knowledge and data visualization skills.

12. Document Digitalization Intern – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Review and collaborate on document digitization strategy, categorize documents, and measure savings.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with knowledge related to digitalization of documents.

13. HR Intern – Admin & Labor Data Analysis – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Support engagement activities, labor cost optimization projects, ADM tasks and Labor data analysis.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with good data analytical skills (Excel, Power BI…).

14. Finance Digitalization Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

- Analyze historical raw material consumption data, forecast future needs, and develop visualizations.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with knowledge of Finance and data analytical skills/data visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python or R…).

15. Finance Analyst Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Bien Hoa II, Dong Nai

- Identify automation and apply digitalization for Cashew/Macca business to save time and resources.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Auditing, Accounting, or Economics fields.

16. Finance Analyst Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Phu Yen

- Standardize and simplify the current process for Macca business, apply the same for Cashew, and support stock monitoring.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Auditing, Accounting, or Economics fields.

17. Accounting Intern – Invoice Entry – Finance & Accounting Dept – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Check and post trade and non-trade invoices into SAP.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Accounting & Finance.

18. Inventory Accounting Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Develop an inventory system for quality tracking, costing, and stock aging analysis.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Accounting & Finance.

19. Business Development Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Conduct market research and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to develop new products or expand markets.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Business Administration or English Major.

20. Content & Media Intern – Sustainability Dept – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

- Design posters, draft video outlines, and design reports to support sustainability projects.

- Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Communication, Design, or related fields.
