Mô tả công việc

Be the voice & problem-solver for the customers. Help them succeed by tackling tech issues, supporting billing needs, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and unforgettable. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Solve technical challenges & guide customers.
  • Support billing (payments, invoices, refunds).
  • Improve support guides & resources.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve tough cases.
  • Follow up with customers & collect insights.

Địa điểm làm việc: Floor 1 and Floor 2, Room P201, D.C Tower, 111D Ly Chinh Thang Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Yêu cầu

  • English skills: TOEIC 750+ or IELTS equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years experience in customer service/support.
  • Tech-curious, eager to learn & try new things.
  • A problem-solver who loves puzzles.
  • Adaptable & open-minded.
  • Ready to get hands-on and make things happen.
