Employer Branding Intern

-  Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives that align with the company’s values and culture;

-  Create compelling content, design, video that showcases our employer brand across various channels, including social media, careers page, and job descriptions;

-  Collaborate with TA, IC to support large and small events related to recruitment;

-  Monitor and analyze our employer brand metrics and assist in adjusting strategies accordingly;

-  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing;

-  Other related tasks assigned by line manager. 

-  Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources  or a related field;

-  Strong interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field;

-  Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;

-  Ability to Content and Aesthetic Thinking;

-  Good use of design software;

-  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

-  Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly;

-  Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience and attracting top talent to our organization.
