As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll support our team in delivering smooth, helpful, and delightful experiences to our customers. Your main responsibilities include:

Assist in responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting common issues.

Support billing-related tasks (payments, invoices, refunds).

Learn to use and understand our products so you can guide customers effectively.

Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve tough cases.

Follow up with customers & collect insights.
Yêu cầu

Currently a final-year university student majoring in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Languages, or related fields.

Available to work at least 32 hours per week.

Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher).

Enjoy helping others and finding practical solutions to their problems.

Interested in technology and eager to explore new digital tools and systems.

Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
