1. Customer Experience Intern (Logistics & Supply Chain Management):

- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.

- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

- Maintain and update customer records in the system.

- Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.

- Join projects assigned by the Manager.

2. Transport Operation Management Intern:

- Assist in monitoring operation status and providing updates to internal teams.

- Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

- Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Help manage transportation documentation,

- Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and delays.

- Join projects assigned by the Manager.

- Final-year students or fresh graduates who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from Mar 2026.

- Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Economics or any related fields.

- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office. Candidate who can use another languages (especially Chinese) will have an advantage.

- Have good communication and teamwork skills.

- Data-driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and Willing-to-do mindset.
