AI Innovation Intern

We are looking for an AI Innovation Intern to work hands-on with applied AI systems such as large language models (LLMs), AI-powered workflows, and modern experimentation tools, and to translate global AI knowledge into practical use cases for real products and day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will explore and evaluate AI models and tools, build lightweight prototypes or workflow experiments, and test ideas in realistic scenarios - focusing on what delivers measurable value in business and product contexts rather than academic research.

You do not need to be an AI expert; we are looking for candidates who are genuinely excited about AI, comfortable with fast iteration, and motivated to learn by doing.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an AI Innovation Intern, you’ll play a key role in researching and experimenting with the latest AI tools, helping identify how they can be applied to real-world workflows and company products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Explore New AI Tools and Systems: Research and evaluate modern AI systems and tools (e.g., large language models, AI workflows, automation, and experimentation platforms) to understand where they can deliver practical value.

- Build and Test Prototypes: Develop lightweight prototypes or workflow experiments to test AI ideas, focusing on feasibility, effectiveness, and impact in real product or operational scenarios.

- Identify Use Cases: Work with product, engineering, and business teams to spot areas where AI can streamline workflows, solve problems, or add value to existing processes.

- Document and Demo: Clearly document your findings and share short demos or write-ups to help teams understand how to adopt and apply new tools.

- Stay on the Cutting Edge: Keep up with the evolving AI ecosystem and recommend experiments that align with company goals and real-world needs.

- Bring Curiosity and Initiative: Approach the role with a passion for continuous learning, proactively exploring how AI can change the world.

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply, especially those with a strong interest in AI and a proven ability to learn and experiment.

- Basic understanding of core AI concepts such as large language models, machine learning, and AI-powered systems.

- Strong curiosity about how AI systems work and how they can be applied in real-world scenarios.

- Ability to learn quickly, experiment iteratively, and reason through problems in a structured way.

- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas in a simple and logical manner.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience or strong interest in experimenting with modern AI tools, models, and AI-powered workflows.

- Practical exposure to prompt design, basic data analysis, or simple scripting as part of AI experimentation.

- Interest in product thinking or UI/UX considerations when applying AI solutions to real-world use cases.
