AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation.
Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate
local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.
In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing
Administration Executive.
- Work location: HCM Head Office, 15F LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC
- Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- Report to: Deputy Manager
Position's main function: Control sub-team to complete leasing documents and to process beneficial data; monitor and give accurate advice
for Leasing Department to comply with the company's policies and regulations.
1. Execute, control and evaluate tenants’ data related to leasing and Tenancy Agreement conditions data for analysis’s reference. (15%)
2. Control leasing documents & resolve arising problems to ensure accurate documents. (15%)
3. Control signing progress of leasing documents to enhance productivity. (15%)
4. Create and unify forms, templates and workflows to improve working performance of Leasing Department. (15%)
5. Plan and control personal and sub-team members’ (1-3 members) working timeline and quality. (10%)
6. Coordinate with related departments and solve arising problems to proceed with the assignment smoothly. (10%)
7. Execute and control admin tasks to ensure Leasing Department’s compliance with the company’s policies. (5%)
8. Survey and research about brands and commercial center models to understand the retail market. (5%)
9. Make reports as assigned accurately & timely. (5%)
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (5%)
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree, any field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Administration/ Sales Administration or related fields; real estate-related experience is an
advantage.
- Good computer skills (especially Excel).
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Have planning and organizing skill, and good teamwork spirit.
- Be honest, careful and hard-working.
