 PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Phase 1: Communication & Application (2–3 weeks)

-  Communication channels: Website, Fanpage, Mareso LinkedIn, universities, and recruitment platforms (TopCV, VietnamWorks, etc.)

-  Communication content: Program introduction, awards, development opportunities, and inspirational videos from Mareso leaders and alumni

-  CV Requirements: Clearly present academic background, career orientation, skills, and motivation to apply. CV must be in English.

Phase 2: Screening & Challenges (2 weeks)

-  Step 1: Screen CVs based on criteria: Language skills – Problem-solving – Teamwork – Attitude – Foundational knowledge

-  Step 2: Individual or group Case Study Challenge based on real-life topics, with mentor support

Phase 3: Solution Presentation & Evaluation

-  Format: 15-minute presentation + 10-minute Q&A with the Board of Directors

-  Evaluation criteria: Creativity – Feasibility – Presentation skills – Teamwork

Phase 4: Awards & Internship

 First Prize:
Receive a cash award of 30,000,000 VND and a 6-month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VND

Second Prize:
Receive a cash award of 20,000,000 VND and a 3-month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VND

Third Prize:
Receive a cash award of 15,000,000 VND and a 1-month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VND

Note: All interns will undergo a comprehensive evaluation upon completion, with the potential to receive a full-time job offer from Mareso.
