UX/UI Designer

- You are responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with our Digital assets, such as websites, Mobile App, Scan to order now, etc. In this role, you will work closely with our eCommerce team and Application team to ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

- The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology

Key Tasks:

- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy according to the brand guidelines, including but not limited to:

- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital ssets.

- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

- Collaborating with the eCommerce team and Application team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

- Work with Application team to ensure that the Digital platforms (websites, applications, etc) are functional and visually appealing.

- Plan the layout for the Digital platforms to ensure that our Online platforms are optimized and various devices, operating systems and browser.

- Use analytics tools to track conversion funnel, spot out opportunity to improve conversion rate through UI/UX optimization and test client enjoyment.

- A Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or engineering or information technology or business or design

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or customer marketing

- Strong solid UX/UI is a must and be demonstrated by a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

- Familiar with the fundamental UX of major platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Desktop OS

- Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After-effect)

- Basic web development knowledge: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Proficient in prototyping & handover tools such as In Vision, Zeplin, Abstract, Figma etc.

- English proficiency is a big plus.

- Knowledge of visual design best practices for things like typography, color theory, layout, icons, and general design theory is a must.

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- FMCG, retail, eCommerce or F&B knowledge is preferred, but not a must.
