Senior IT Vendor / IT Procurement

IT Vendor Manager is to facilitate and manage Vendor Delivery and Vendor costs optimization for IT Division

Participate to build regulations/ processes about vendor management for IT division

Be the Point of Contact (PoC) for vendor issues for internal IT with VP Bank and work to improve vendor service quality

Develop and maintain vendor relationship to proactive anticipate vendor issues and resolve them before major relationships arise. Be accountable to escalate vendor commercial and delivery issues to IT management.

Budgeting, managing & reporting on IT outsourcing activities

Monitor and make reports on competency, implementation quantity, products/service delivery of vendor to Head of vendor management

At least 4 years of experience in overall software company having held roles in supporting senior IT managers.

Knowledge of Procurement, contract management. Having a good relationship with Vendors national and international is an advantage

Good technical IT back-ground, ideally in IT relationship management and financial controls

Good business and technical hands-on capabilities.

Flexile and agile working style. Ability to think on “your feet”

Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with vendors/ business leaders, and others.

Possess good analytical, cognitive, planning and organizing skillset.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Self-driven and self-motivated, has can-do attitude and startup spirit.

Good written English is necessary. Good spoken English is advantage
