KPI Performance & Reporting Analysis Officer/Senior Officer

1. KPI Performance Management tasks:

-Support to set up KPI Scheme for Branches, Head Office departments

-Set up KPI Target base on KPI Scheme

-Calculate KPI result monthly to evaluate Branches Performance

2. Business analysis reporting:

-Build reports to monitor and keep tracking performance of the whole bank (Loan, Deposit, Customer, Credit Card, Digital…)

-Ad-hoc analysis on new products, customer performance….

-Background in Finance, Banking, Economics

-At least 1-2 year experience in Finance/ Banking field

-Understand of banking products

-Good knowledge on Excel

-Willing to work with figures, data, reports

-Work under pressure

-Teamwork

-Carefully & Logical Thinking

- Degree, Certificate: University degree
