Mô tả công việc

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

- Building the distribution channels and organize the implementation of the approved business plan to ensure sales targets.

- Managing and operating the export business network of the Company.

- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

- Finding potential customers and grow long- lasting relationship, expand target markets & maintain relationships with partners.

- Manage costs and ensure the achievement of assigned targets.

- Collaborate with related departments to achieve company goals.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company Director.

Yêu cầu

- Education: University degree, majoring in business administration, economics, finance

- 5+ years of sales management experience as head of consumer goods sales department.

- Understanding of export market

- Highly organized a multitask orientation.

- Excellent communication skills, dynamic and creative.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Able to work at high intensity and under pressure.

- Have a good social relationship.

- Language skills : Excellent in English (4 skills required)

- Working time depends on international partners.
