Business Analyst

We are looking for an Business Analyst who will join Mirae Asset to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our mobile products.

• Work closely with Stakeholders, Designer and other Business Departments in their effort to clarify Business Requirement and transfer to development team.
• Create Business Requirement Specification, Technical Requirement Specification, User story, Wire Frame for Mobile and Web Application.
• Prioritize requirement, manage backlogs and tracking user story status on Azure DevOps board.
• Create and manage documents, requirements, related materials.
• Ensure that each item of the sprint backlog includes all the necessary information, so the development team can address all customer’s needs.
• Assist the business request owner to ensure consistency between API returned data and business request value.
• Create acceptance criteria for user stories to define features for product deliverables in consideration of various user flows, scenarios and edge cases.
• Test or work with QA/QC to ensure the quality of products.

Education level, certification:

Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System or relevant.

Experience:

At least 3 years experience.

Basic knowledge about some Programming languages and Database SQL.

Domain knowledge of Banking or Finance is a big advantage.

Knowledge about Azure DevOps, Bizagi, Confluence is prefer.
